Poor customer services
Poor quality recliners followed by no response from customer service
We purchased 2 leather recliners from Gardener White Canton, MI store in April 2014 for $900 each. In September of 2014 one of recliners broke.
It no longer reclines. We were told that it needed a new switch. This was in October. We were told the switch had to be ordered from China and it would take 10-12 weeks to get it.
We are now into February and still no switch or repair. We've called several times and asked for a replacement chair but their response is always the same. They say there is nothing they can do.
I'm done with Gardener White. Terrible customer service.
