We bought a 1600.00 Beauty rest by Simmons.Mattress is defective and the store agrees.

This was 4 months ago. They do not carry the mattress any more. They are not willing to give us our money back. They will not allow us to go exchange to another manufacturer.

If I choose something of less value I loose, if I choose something more expensive I loose. I agree with those who state the customer service is rude.

When I mentioned suing, they told me to go ahead!I have not as yet returned, but have 10 days to select another mattress by Simmons.

Monetary Loss: $1600.
