Ordered a dinning step 11/11/17 at the store on Grosbeck (online). Sales Representative stated for me to call UPS Monday for my tracking number however UPS stated they had no order for me.
Called, emailed, and went back to the store however no assistance. 11/18/17 went back to the store was told to sign a paper to receive my order 11/20/17 was called and told I couldn't receive my order by Thanksgiving and UPS wasn't the delivery service FED X was. So no furniture for Thanksgiving thanks to the incompetent sales representative. I kept getting the run around for the corporate office number and when I reached someone on the phone they were not any help.
Gardner White do people any kind of way maybe because they have no one to answer to. I also called the BBB to complain.
