I purchased a couch and a love seat in November 2015, it has been 6months since i had it. In june parts of all 5 kouchens were ordered.

Instead of offering me something else because they all riped on the stitch they ordered parts. It is now September 2nd and i got nothing. Ive emailed two different people and keep getting the run around. Im very disgusted and will never, ever purchase from there ever again.

The products that they sell is cheap, and they do nothing for their customers. Horrible customer service.
