Bought a leather couch and within a few months couch ripped at stitching in middle seat. Repair guy came and ordered new cushion, 8 weeks later seat arrived they installed and cushion doesn't even fit couch properly.

The seams don't line up and it's positioned crooked so the base of couch shows. Called back service guy returned just to take pictures and agreed it was wrong but stated "they are made in one size and another cushion wouldn't fit properly either." Few days later got a postcard stating my service was considered complete and order was closed, I called the store and was given a number for Jeff Ballard the " service manager." This guy was completely unhelpful, rude, and a complete waste of my time. He told me that as far as he was concerned the couch was fixed to manufacturer standards and even though it didn't fit properly it was no longer his problem. He said with time the stitching would eventually match up and even though its crooked and you can see the base of couch it's not his company's problem.

I asked him for a copy of the manufactures guidelines and was told he doesn't have those he just knows it meets them. I advice any and all to stay away from this company, they have poor quality furniture and poor warranty restrictions with horrible customer service and service managers.
