I should've went to the place my sister recommended.

Long story, but I'll make it short, even though my issues still haven't been resolved since November 2020!!

My husband and I bought a new mattress and box spring. We took it home the same day.

We also bought a new bedroom set that was stated to be on back order til January. January came and pieces began to come. When the delivery guy put the bed together, he said he did not have the hardware to finish setting the bed up, he took a picture and left. This was the beginning of a horrible experience and many regrets.

Sooo many pictures, phone called and service people later, I am left frustrated and confused. I was nice the entire time and now I am losing it. I wasted almost $3,000 there and I didnt get what I paid for.

Seven different times, 14 different people came into my home (during COVID) some NOT wearing Masks or shoe coverings, and they took pictures or came with wrong deliveries, and they left. I have called the Nova store, corporate office, customer care, and the service department, only to still be in the same situation, now, in March 2021, and still no completed bed!!

They scheduled a delivery (twice) without my consent. They came at 12am, not pm, AM!!! I never agreed to that, and they came to my house!! Woke up my kids and had the wrong parts anyway...

I am beyond pissed!!!! When I called to complain, they said no refund, no exchanges, and now I need to wait til May to get my bed finished. I'm so upset and I feel misled, and unheard as a customer. There is so much more to this but I don't have time.

Just beware of this before you purchase from them.

They lied, they dont hold themselves accountable, and dont offer any relief to the paying customer. I miss art Van!

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
