Alexis from the 8 Mile store in Detroit promised that I could return anything that did not fit. I returned the ottoman and visited the store the next day regarding return of the 52 inch t.v.

which did not fit my entertainment unit. I did not return the t.v. that night that it was delivered because the delivery was late at night and the delivery guys just set the t.v. at the door and left it.

I spoke with Alexis who promised to call back and to this day has not.

Another sales person called in her place asking me about the ottoman that was returned and wanted to know if I still want it. She did not know the facts of the concern and had a negative tone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: take back the items that I do not want and adjust my bill..

I didn't like: Customer service, Exchange policy, Hidden extra charges, Sales guidance.
