When will I get my refund.

I canceled my order, they gave me my first 300$ on my card. Then they told me that they will issue me out a check for the remaining 300$ still didnt recieve my check. And it been over 2mths.

The Gardner White Furniture Return Policies page states that you should inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage or defect should be noted on your signed delivery slip and you should contact the company service department within 48 hours of delivery at 248 481 2200. Depending on the severity of the damage, Gardner White Furniture will have the item repaired by their repair service at no charge to you. If the damage or defect cannot be repaired, the company will arrange for the replacement of the damaged piece. For orders shipped via FedEx, the customer should report damage within the first 24 hours or Gardner-White will not be able to replace any damaged merchandise. Be sure to thoroughly check your merchandise as the company will replace any damaged item that is noted on your signed delivery slip.
