I purchased a queen simmons mattress, was offered the 100 mattress cover. He explained that if i didnt get it, I would void my

Warranty if any stains..I soon found out he left out the entire bed has NO WARRANTY. After 3 days..I realizee that there is a sag in the middle of the mattress. I felt like a used mattress, so I called customer service. They sent someone out...on their time frame. The first thing he did was take a picture of underneath my bed.. I was then told that there was no center support, I voided my warranty. What? Why didnt someone mention that when they delivered and set up my bed? " They are just movers"

Was my answer. Why didnt the salesman tell me? " you'll have to ask him" .. so I drove back to the store on 14 mile. Needless to say I felt ripped off.. The salesman offered to send a new frame, free of cost ($80). Four days later, on their time frame, he showed up with the frame. He told me that he couldnt disconnect my headboard from my frame and that he would just leave it... Really how am I going to do this by myself? Again, not one mention of this from the salesman..At this point I was furious! The delivery guy had said he would take the middle support from the new and add it to my frame.. ok great.. but guess what? No change in my bed..So I called customer service again. They sent someone to look at the sag problem... but never tested the middle of the bed, only the head of the mattress... Stated that the 1 1/2" sag was not covered by simmons... it had to be 2"

I told him that its almost 4" in the middle of the bed! That didnt matter, he said. I had asked for it in writing and the contact information from Simmons...nothing yet.

This bed is in worse shape than my 7yr old mattress. It feels like thet just covered an old mattress.

Should of went to ART VAN!
