Bought a three thousand dollar couch and chair from Gardner white three months ago. Two weeks after the purchase we realized that the couch near the arm rest started to sag.
Called in to complain. A few days later a service man came to the house. He agreed thatcher couch had a sag. Two weeks go by and no one calls.
Again I call to complain again they send the same service man that agrees and tells us that they would contact me.
No one calls so we go down to the store and they proceed to tell us that service found nothing wrong with the couch. What do we have to do.disgusted
